Phil Moeller
Phil grew up in a small town with strong core values and work ethic. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Ohio State followed by an MBA from the University of Dayton. Phil went on to work for a Fortune 150 company where he was in executive management leading several global teams including product management, marketing, and software development. Phil has been investing in real estate since 2013 having acquired and managed over 430 units with 40+ transactions of single family, multi-family and commercial properties.
Phil’s mission is to build a company that helps others’ succeed in real estate investing to enable time and financial independence, allowing them to focus on their passion. Personally, Phil and his wife Marcia enjoy spending significant time with their five young children, teaching them their core values while also creating memories through travel and adventure.
Marcia Moeller
Marcia shares her husband’s strong core values and work ethic, as she grew up in a town minutes away from Phil. Through a decade of property management experience, Marcia has truly become a property management expert and leader in the company. Marcia has continued to grow her real estate expertise over the years and simply stated, she just gets things done. Marcia currently oversees the property management, book-keeping, leasing, collections, project management and customer services for over 200 multi-family units.
Most importantly, Marcia, along with Phil, enjoys spending time with and raising their 5 children; she is so thankful that she and Phil decided to step out of their comfort zone and put in the extra effort to create the freedom and flexibility that they and their children now enjoy.
Marcia hopes to be an example of the time freedom and flexibility that she believes other families can enjoy with the right investment.
